Nalls Produce puts its own spin on the concept of a pumpkin patch. In fact, it’s not really a patch at all, but rather a hill. The nursery’s signature Pumpkin Hill is open once again this year every day from now until November 2nd. Masks are required and social-distancing is expected, but beyond that, a trip to Pumpkin Hill will feel like your normal October outing.
Let little ones run through the jack-o’-lantern tunnel before climbing the steps up to the top of the multi-tiered hill and selecting their favorite pumpkin. You can also pick one from the tables and massive cardboard boxes arranged around Pumpkin Hill, which feature gourds of all shapes, colors, and sizes. The pumpkins and gourds come from local farms, as do other fall decorations like cornstalks, ornamental corn, and hay bales. Don’t forget to stop by the Pumpkin Wall for a photo op and grab fresh apple cider in the store.
